Mindful Monday - There's Enough Time

“One moment can change a day, one day can change a life, and one life can change the world.”  The Buddha

A perfect idea to meditate on this Monday.

It’s Monday and there is lots to do. I am setting my intention to start the day with clarity and an open heart.

I will work through the items on my calendar with patience and efficiency―remembering that there is enough time for what’s important.
