Simple Healthy Travel Food, Part I: Breakfast

Tropical Fruit Salad

  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 1/4 Papaya
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 oz (or a handful) Fresh Coconut Meat
  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1/4 c Walnuts
  • 1/2 Orange

Quick and delicious, you can make this simple healthy travel food recipe on the run and eat it later. Chop all of the fruit, squeeze the orange juice and toss the fruit and juice to mix evenly. Top with the rest, and you're done!
