Clean living space is an asset to your health in more ways than one. When you take care of your environment at home, it’s an investment in your family’s mental health, and every swipe of your sponge works to reduce needless buildup, clutter, and stress. A clean, tidy space gives your physical health a boost, too, as you dispel the dust, pathogens, and particles that lurk in the air and on surfaces. 

Clothes get dirty. It’s just a part of life. However, many of us just assume that the only way to get rid of stains is by throwing our clothes in the wash. First of all, that’s time-consuming; it’s also a waste of energy, can be expensive over time, and it hurts the environment! So, rather than going through the hassle of removing stains in the wash, you could remove them using basic items you probably already have in your pantry. 

A few years ago, I made a deal with my husband, Doug, – if you are going to watch football all day, you have to do the laundry.  That was over 6 years ago and now he has grown very particular about how the laundry gets done.  He will make sure all the laundry is done prior to when Alma, our house cleaning person, comes on Thursdays.  Doug is brand loyal.  We used Tide for an HE washer, Downy, and Bounce.
