- 1 whole mango, cubed (fresh) or 1 cup mango (frozen)
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 Tbl flax seeds (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbl coconut butter
- 4 oz coconut water
- 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
- Handful of ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 Pinch of sea salt (optional) MEG LOVES THIS! Peg Leaves it out…
Blend for 2-3 minutes on high & enjoy!!
