  • 1 whole mango, cubed (fresh) or 1 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tbl flax seeds (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbl coconut butter
  • 4 oz coconut water
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut milk
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
