It’s a controversial subject for some, eliciting passionate responses on both sides–and like all health and well-being issues that have many perspectives–we here at evox think the best thing is to look around and strive to understand all sides.

There are great calls to action at the end of the video, so you can dig in and root around to help you come to your own conclusions. It certainly bears a closer look than we’ve taken in decades…do we still know what we think we know?
