Detox Green Smoothie

Whether spring cleaning your home and self, or trying to shake off the summer heaviness of heat and humidity, or to add an extra bounce to your step in early fall, when greens are in season, it is the RIGHT season for this detoxifying green smoothie recipe from Curry Girls Kitchen!


2 oranges, peeled

1 Cup or handful dandelion greens

½ Cup or more spinach

1 small handful parsley

1 handful fresh mint leaves

½ avocado

2-3 pitted dates

1 tsp cinnamon

1 Tbl Flax

1 Cup or more coconut water (depending on your preference for thickness)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

ice if desired

Whirl in blender and enjoy!
