
Caramel Apple Smoothie
The Curry Girls have done it again--when you've got a sweet tooth craving, this quick and easy sweet treat will get leave you satisfied AND leave you with time to spare so you can go out and conquer your day.
Ingredients:
1 Apple ~ Green, Pink Lady, Fuji, Honey Crisp ~ lots to choose from
2 Tbl. almond butter
2 dates ~ PITTTED
1 handful spinach
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
6-8 oz Hazelnut Milk or YOUR favorite alternative milk
5 ice cubes
Method:
Add all ingredients to high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy as a morning or afternoon smoothie!
