Chocolate Earl Grey Fudgsicles

by Amy Jeanroy | Foodista.com

Fudgsicles are summer treats that bring you right back to childhood. They are however, no longer as luscious as they seemed when I was little. I guess as I have gotten older I require a better quality chocolate in my treats. This recipe uses the decadent taste of Earl Grey tea as it's base, and all sorts of grown up ingredients.

Frozen Boozy Popsicles: Bloody Mary Pop

by Amy Jeanroy | Foodista.com

Bloody Marys are delicious any time, but there is something about a frozen Bloody Mary Ice Pop that makes me super happy. This recipe is simple and contains one of my favorite libations: Ginger infused vodka. It's so tasty and perfect for this treat. Enjoy the taste of your childhood with an extra kick. Please don't share this one with your little chefs though.

Cold Weather Cocktail: Maple Whisky Hot Toddy

by Sheri Wetherell | Foodista.com

Nothing warms you up faster when you come in from the cold than a comforting hot toddy. We love a nice maple finished whisky mixed with honey and lemon juice for a hot cocktail that takes the chill off quick! It's also a great drink for when you have a cold or a sore throat.

My Slow Cooker is Saving Me $6,000 Per Year!

Eating out is awesome! I live about three blocks away from burger joints, Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Korean, and not one but TWO Thai food restaurants. It’s no wonder I loved going out for lunch every day. That was until I realized how much money I was actually spending.

The Problem:

For a while, I was going out to lunch every day and in doing so, I would spend an average of $11 per meal. So every week, I would spend $77 on lunch. Not too bad, right?
