Support Your Goals With a Soup Cleanse

Soup or Nuts?

It may seem nuts to think about undertaking an all-soup diet plan in the midst of summer's heat, but grandma would tell you, when it it hot outside, hot soup cools you (and also makes you feel lighter and closer to your nutrition and fitness goals).
